After the Event (ATE) Litigation Costs Insurance.

ATE Insurance protects you against the costs that may be incurred should your legal case fail. These costs can be very substantial and all those who have no other form of legal expenses insurance should be protected by this cover.

Each case is reviewed individually by one of our highly experienced Legal Underwriters and you will have direct access to them - questions and queries are welcomed.

Even if we reject your case we will provide our reasons for doing so.

The ATE premium can be paid upfront, deferred to the end of the case (in full or in part) or funded in conjunction with our Legal Case Funding system. In most cases the premium will be included within our legal case funding system as part of an overall system that provides the client with a  highly cost effective means to take the case forward to a conclusion. 

Our ATE premiums are sensible and competitive and are based on the individual risk involved in each case.
