What does the funding cost

We do not normally charge contingency fees based on the level of award obtained only. The cost is based on a set funding costs and (simple) interest that is known and agreed at inception. In the vast majority of cases this will be cheaper for the client than the use of a contingency fee. The shorter the period of time for the case to settle (or win at trial) the less the funding costs.
