Bob Gordon

Bob is our M.D. and lead underwriter. He has been involved with the development of ATE insurance and litigation funding from the start. He is very well known to UK litigation solicitors and is respected for his wealth of knowledge and experience in these specialist areas. He has provided expert opinions on cases in these areas and has lectured widely to solicitor and barrister groups, in-house counsel and many others.

Jane Kelsall

Jane was in legal practice for over 10 years and has also audited numerous firms of solicitors. She is a Senior Underwriter and brings huge experience, excellent client contact skills, dedication and pride to her work. She also has experience of Non-UK litgation and arbitration cases.
