What will we fund?

100% of disbursements including court fees, expert fees and counsel (barrister) fees if they are not acting under a full Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA).

Up to 50% (or as agreed on each individual case) of own solicitor costs that are not under a CFA.

The funding fee.

The ATE Insurance Premium.

What does the funding cost ?

We do not normally charge contingency fees based on the level of award obtained. The cost is based on a set funding fee and (simple) interest that is known and agreed at inception. In the vast majority of cases this will be cheaper for the client than the use of a contingency fee. The shorter the period of time for the case to settle (or win at trial) the less the funding costs.
